Processing Time
We offer two types of products in our shop — Ready to Ship and Made to Order — and each has its own processing timeline before shipment.
Ready to Ship
Our Ready to Ship items (such as card decks, stationery, and other in-stock products) are processed and shipped by our fulfillment center within 4–5 business days of your order.
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page. Your order will ship on or before that date.
Made to Order
Our Made to Order pieces (including hand-pressed lincout prints, Giclée Prints and other pieces of art) are created especially for you. Each one is crafted by hand and requires 3-4 weeks for production before it ships.
Please note that these timelines do not include delivery time, which will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Mixed Orders
If your order includes both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, the items in your order will ship separately — unless otherwise arranged. Ready to ship items will arrive from our fulfillment center and made to order items will be shipped directly from our studio.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping options & prices for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or destination.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the USA & Canada.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping
At this time we do not ship outside of North America. We will soon be adding more countries. Thank you for your patience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at clairetatestudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue if possible.
If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
